This Cookie Policy explains how art.art uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, tags, pixels). It supplements our Privacy Policy. The Site is built on Wix and uses Usercentrics for consent and Google Tag Manager (GTM-M44QPCD) with Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser; we also use local storage and tags/pixels. They range from strictly necessary / platform-essential to optional analytics and advertising.
2. Your choices & consent
Our banner (powered by Usercentrics) lets you Accept or Reject categories. Strictly necessary and platform-essential technologies are always active; analytics and advertising load only after you consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2 and a Wix Consent Policy bridge, so tags and Wix-managed marketing cookies stay disabled until you opt in. Change or withdraw your choice any time via Cookie settings; we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC). California residents can use “Reject” / GPC to opt out of “sharing”.
3. Strictly necessary & platform-essential (set before consent)
These run the Site and its security and are set regardless of consent.

4. Analytics & advertising (only after you consent)
These load only if you accept the relevant category; they are not set before consent (verified by scanning with and without consent). If you reject, they do not run.

5. Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-M44QPCD) to manage tags. GTM and its tags load only after the corresponding consent, enforced via Usercentrics and Google Consent Mode.
6. Third parties & international transfer
When you consent, data is processed by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp. and Microsoft Corporation in the United States under appropriate safeguards (see the Privacy Policy, “International transfers”). The Site is hosted on Wix behind Cloudflare. You can prevent analytics/advertising by rejecting those categories or withdrawing consent via Cookie settings.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
